Our Team
DNH Law’s partners, associates and counsels work from its two offices in Ho Chi Minh city. The main office which is in down town (district 1) is close to all major commercial business premises, government agencies, courts, and foreign consulates (the US, UK, France are just blocks away). An administrative & training (back-end office) is in district 7 (“Saigon South”), a new urban city in the south of Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon).
Mr. Hau Pham, Managing Partner

Mr. Hau has over 25 years experience working with the legal system in Vietnam. Prior to setting up DNH LAW in 2009, Mr. Hau served as an in-house legal counsel at an asset management company. Before this in-house position, Hau was a partner at a leading local law firm specializing in corporate, and investment laws.
Mr. Hau graduated from Ho Chi Minh City University of Law, and is now a member of Ho Chi Minh City Bar Association.

Mr. Bac Tran is a partner. Both Bac and Hau went to the same school and have remained friends socially and professionally. Bac’s experience include working at law firms and in-house positions. Mr. Bac’ key area of practice is FDI and M&A.
